Nature is the best health care center you can look up to. For this procedure, take 1 or 2 amlas and a few methi seeds( fenugreek). Grab 10 to 12 curry leaves and grind them all together and make it a paste. If required, add a few tablespoons of water to make a fine smooth paste.

Apply the paste to your scalp and leave it for 45 minutes to an hour. Let the scalp and the roots of your hair absorb all the nutrients the paste contains. If you don’t have fresh amla or methi seeds, you can substitute it with amla powder and methi powder. It works well too.
