UV rays are bad for skin. Once you return from the outside. Put a face and hair mask to rejuvenate your skin and hair. You can also clean up your face. It will surely reduce the damage to some extent.

Drink Plenty Of Water

Prolonged exposure to the Sun can cause dehydration. Drink plenty of water. Water will rejuvenate your skin. Celebrities who have flawless skin drink a lot of water. But do not immediately drink water after coming from the Sun. Wait for a couple of minutes. Do not drink too hot or too cold water.
