Then add 4 drops of peppermint oil, 4 drops of tea tree oil, and 3tsp of baking soda. Soak your feet for about half an hour and then pat it dry. Your feet will remain fresh throughout the day on taking this foot bath twice a week.

This foot bath will soothe your sore joints and will bring relief to your muscles and will calm your mind and body for a good night sleep. Take half a bucket of water and add ½ cup of Epsom salt, 2tsp of bathing soda and about 6 drops of lavender essential oils. Soak your feet for about 15-30 minutes and it will relieve all the pain.

Long hours of walk, wearing socks and heels can make your feet dry with skin cracks. This foot bath will remove all the dead skin cells and will make the skin extra soft and pretty. Simply take half a bucket of warm water and add 2-3 tsp of baking soda in it. Soak your feet in the mixture for about 10-15 minutes and then pat dry. Apply plenty of petroleum jelly. This bath must be repeated for at least thrice a week for visible results.

Take half a bucket of cold water and add one part vinegar of two parts of water in it. Let your feet sit in the mixture for about 10-15 minutes. To prepare this foot bath, you can add cucumber juice or cover your feet with cucumber slices and dip it into mild water for about 20-30 minutes.
