Drinking 1 to 2 cups of matcha green tea is more than enough. Apparently, 1 cup of matcha green tea has an efficiency of 10 cups of normal green tea.

The fact is, to lose weight, it requires a lot more than just drinking green tea. You have to reduce your carb in your diet, increase the protein, fibre intake along with vitamins and minerals.
But yes, green tea does help cut down the fat. This doesn’t mean that you can lose all your weight just by drinking green tea.
Drinking green tea will make your weight gain slower or minimal. To lose your unwanted weight, you have to follow a healthy diet and workout regularly.
